Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken pieces
    1 packet French onion soup mix
    3 small cans apricot nectar
Preparation
    Put chicken pieces in casserole dish and shake dry French onion soup over so all pieces are well covered.
    Place, well covered, in refrigerator.
    Leave a minimum of 4 hours, but better if left 8 hours.
