Passover Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. matzo meal
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar. Mix in oil and matzo meal.
    Add nuts and mix well.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Shape into 1/2 teaspoon balls. Put on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Flatten with fork dipped in sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly brown.
