1 c. butter (oil)
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. maple extract
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. white chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Cream together butter, sugars and extract until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Sift flour, soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix until well blended. Fold in white chips (nuts). Spoon out by teaspoon or larger spoon. Bake at 375\u00b0 around 10 minutes until lightly browned or darker if you like crispy.
