Scotch Short Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. butter
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Beat in mixture.
Half dough and make two balls.
Press on cookie sheet with brown paper on it. Flattened ball should make a round circle 1/2-inch thick.
Repeat with other ball.
