Easy Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. biscuit baking mix
    sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix; mix well. Chill for
    1 hour.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in sugar.
    Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork.
    Bake 6 to 8 minutes.
    (Do not overbake.)
    Cool.
