Artichoke Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper, oregano, Tabasco
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Drain 1 jar artichokes.
    Saute onion in liquid from artichokes. Beat eggs and add artichokes (both jars) which have been slightly chopped, along with the juice from second jar.
    To this mixture, add remaining ingredients and sauteed onion.
    Spray a 7 x 11-inch dish with Pam and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool and cut into squares.
    Freezes well.
