Boursin Chicken With Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (6 oz.) chicken breasts
    12 oz. Boursin cheese
    1 medium carrot, grated
    3 oz. chopped walnuts
    2 Tbsp. flour
    16 oz. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. minced parsley
Preparation
    Combine Boursin, carrots, walnuts and flour.
    Place about 2 ounces of the mixture into the center of
    each chicken breast and roll up.
