"Luck Of The Irish" Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs
    raisins
    caraway seed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat all ingredients on medium speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
    Cool; cover with foil until ready to serve.
