San Jacinto Inn Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour and dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Add shortening and milk and work with hands on lightly floured board. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 for about 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
    Makes 20 large biscuits.
