Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 scant c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 oz. poppy seed
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 c. orange juice
1 pinch salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix thoroughly the flour, sugar, baking powder and poppy seed.
Make a well and add the oil, vanilla, eggs and orange juice.
Mix well.
Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Form dough into balls the size of walnuts.
Flatten balls onto a floured ungreased baking pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
