Ingredients

20 lb. shortening
16 lb. brown sugar
16 lb. white granulated sugar
100 eggs
20 Tbsp. warm water
1 bottle vanilla extract
32 lb. flour
7 1/2 oz. baking soda
10 oz. salt
1 case chocolate chips

Preparation

Put all ingredients into an industrial size mixer.
Mix ingredients until smooth.
Put cookies on well-greased floured sheets.
Bake until done.
