Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. Mazola oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. chopped nuts (black walnuts)
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend sugar, oil and eggs.
    Add flour, soda and salt.
    Add nuts, carrots and vanilla; blend quickly.
    Pour into well greased loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
