Peach Ice Cream Soda - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 ripe peach
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sweet peach or apricot nectar
seltzer
2 scoops vanilla or peach ice cream

Preparation

Mash the peach in bottom of a large glass with the sugar.
Add ice cream and the nectar.
Fill the glass with seltzer.
Serve with a tall spoon.
