Pineapple Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 c. peeled zucchini, grated
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 can pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil until fluffy.
    Add zucchini, flour, soda and baking powder until well mixed.
    Put in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Makes 12 servings.
