Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour, then measure.
Sift 3 times with baking powder, salt and sugar.
Cut in butter.
Combine eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Place in fridge overnight.
Turn out on lightly floured board and roll out.
Then cut with floured cookie cutter.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
These are good for Christmas cut-outs.
Yields 4 dozen.
