Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

1 chicken, cut up (remove skin)
8 oz. Russian dressing
8 oz. apricot preserves
1/4 c. water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can pineapple chunks with juice
Preparation

Place chicken in baking dish.
Mix together remaining ingredients with 1/2 of the pineapple juice (reserve remaining juice).
Pour mixture over chicken and bake for one hour at 350\u00b0. Check during baking for desired thickness.
If necessary, pour remaining juice over chicken.
