Dutch Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. white sugar
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs and add white sugar and brown sugar.
    Beat well.
    Next, add oil.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with buttermilk to eggs and sugar. Add raisins and nuts. Bake in four 1 pound coffee cans that have been sprayed with nonstick Pam.
    Cook for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
    Cool 20 minutes and remove.
    Makes 4 beautiful round coffee cakes. Each slice is round and moist. Freezes well.
