Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 c. creamed corn
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. green pepper (optional)
1 box Jiffy corn meal
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Stir as you add each ingredient.
Don't drain corn.
Melt oleo in pan you are baking in.
Add corn, onion, pepper and corn meal. Fold in sour cream.
Cover.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 9-inch pan.
