Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
juice of 1 orange
boiling water
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. fresh cranberries
Preparation

Sift the first 4 ingredients together.
Combine the melted butter and orange juice then add boiling water to make 3/4 cup. Mix liquid with dry ingredients.
Add beaten egg; mix well.
Add nuts and cranberries.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
One bag of cranberries makes 3 loaves.
