Old-Fashioned Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Whip eggs and sugar until creamy.
Add milk, melted butter and vanilla.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour and 1 teaspoon sugar over pie shell before filling.
Then pour filling into shell and bake in preheated oven at 300\u00b0 until firm.
