Cherry Pecan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped cherries
Preparation

In mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt, then set aside.
In large mixing bowl, beat together sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla until lightly fluffy.
Add flour mixture and milk alternately to beaten mixture.
Beat just until blended after each addition.
Fold in pecans and cherries.
Turn batter into a lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
