Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar.
Add other ingredients and blend well. Pour into 2 loaf pans.
Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
