Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pastry flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix and sift dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs until light; add milk and butter and add to flour mixture all at once.
    Stir only enough to dampen flour.
    Drop by spoonfuls into buttered muffin pans and bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    If you wish berry muffins, reserve 1/4 cup of the flour; use to dredge 1 cup blueberries and add to mixture.
