Spicy Zucchini Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 Cup butter
    1 Cup dark brown sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Cups flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Cup uncooked quick oats
    1 Cup zucchini, grated
    1 Cup milk
    1/2 Cup nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    In a separate bowl sift together dry ingredients and add this to the first mixture.
    Stir in zucchini and milk.
    Mix well and add nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350 degree for 10 to 12 minutes.
