Navy Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 small onion
butter
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cut carrots into long strips, julienne style.
Add sugar to water and boil carrots for 15 minutes.
Saute onion in butter and place in baking dish.
Add carrots and salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 400\u00b0 until tender.
