Spinach And Orzo Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. orzo
    1 1/2 lb. frozen spinach, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced garlic
    1/2 c. pine nuts
    1 c. Romano cheese
    extra virgin oil
    kosher salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1 Tbsp. or more black pepper
Preparation
    Boil orzo slowly until slightly overdone.
    Coat pan with extra virgin oil.
    Add garlic and start to brown.
    Add pine nuts; toast. Add spinach.
    Add kosher salt, cayenne and black pepper.
    Cool spinach mixture.
    Combine with orzo and Romano cheese.
    Garnish with Romano cheese.
    Yields 2 pounds.
