Oatmeal-Applesauce Walnut Bread(This Is A Low-Fat Bread.) - cooking recipe

2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c. uncooked regular oats
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
1/3 c. vegetable oil
vegetable cooking spray
2 tsp. uncooked regular oats
Preparation

Combine brown sugar and egg in a large bowl, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in applesauce. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Gradually add to egg mixture, stirring to blend.
Add 1 1/2 cups oats, raisins, walnuts and oil; stirring well.
