Hot Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. chopped cabbage
    1 qt. chopped bell peppers
    2 qt. chopped green tomatoes
    1/3 c. plain salt (not iodized)
    1 qt. chopped onions
    1 qt. chopped hot peppers
    1 c. sugar
    vinegar to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in large pot.
    Put on medium heat to boil, about 2 minutes.
    Lower heat.
    Pack into hot sterilized jars.
    Seal with hot, sterilized lids and rings.
