Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 large can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and cook over medium heat until drops of icing form a soft ball when dropped in cool water.
Remove from heat and let cool.
If icing becomes too stiff, add a tablespoon of milk and heat slightly.
