Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat egg well.
    Add oil and sugar.
    Gradually add zucchini. Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Fold in nuts and raisins.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Use loaf or tube pan.
