Pan Fried Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small garlic segments, crushed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small sliced onion
    3 c. sliced zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. Accent
    1 c. big chunks tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oil until golden brown.
    Add onions and sliced zucchini; stir.
    Add salt and Accent.
    Cook on high heat for 5 minutes, while continuing to stir.
    Add tomatoes; gently toss the vegetables for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat immediately.
