Raisin Bars(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 Tbsp. Equal
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a saucepan over medium heat, cook raisins, water, margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg until margarine is melted.
    Continue cooking for 3 minutes.
    Add all remaining ingredients and spread into an 8-inch square baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Yield:
    16 servings.

    1 serving equals 1 starch and 1/2 fat.
