Smoked Pork Chops Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced potatoes
    1 c. peeled sliced apples
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    6 pork chops, smoked
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until just tender (about 10 minutes).
    Grease 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Combine potatoes, apples and onion and spoon into pan.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Sear pork chops over high heat. Place chops over potatoes and cover lightly with foil.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Uncover the dish and bake an additional 30 minutes.
    One and 1/2 hours total time.
