1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
1 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. peeled and sliced apples (firm for baking)
pastry for 2 pie crust
Preparation

Bring apple juice to a boil (stove or microwave).
Combine cornstarch, spices and oleo.
Add juice slowly to mixture, blending.
Pour over apples.
Stir to coat.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Place top crust over apples.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 375\u00b0.
Bake 30 more minutes.
