Sugar-Free Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 (1 oz. each) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
24 packets Aspartame sweetener
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into an 8-inch square baking pan, lined with foil.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Cut into squares.
Serve chilled.
