Fig Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 large eggs (add one at a time)
    1 pt. jar fig preserves, chopped (also use the juice)
    4 Tbsp. or more Pet milk (if dough is too thick use more)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg spice
    1 tsp. cloves spice
    2 tsp. cinnamon spice
    3 c. or more chopped pecans (I use 5)
Preparation
    Mix the 7 ingredients in order listed first.
    Mix and sift the flour, salt, soda, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon and add to the first mixture. Add the pecans.
    Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until brown.
