Seaside Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner
    2 small cans tuna
    1 can English peas or frozen fresh peas
    1 c. salad dressing
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 lettuce cups
    1/4 c. celery (if desired)
    1/4 c. onions (if desired)
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni dinner according to directions on the box. Set aside to cool.
    In a large bowl, mix together chopped eggs, peas, pimento, tuna and relish.
    Add macaroni mix.
    Then add salt, pepper and salad dressing.
    Mix well and chill at least 2 hours. Serves 8 (2/3 cup) per lettuce cup.
    Celery and onions may be added, if desired.
