Mocha Dessert Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. softened butter
    3 tsp. instant coffee
    1 tsp. orange extract
    2 tsp. water
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    In a small bowl, stir together coffee, extract and water until coffee is dissolved.
    Sift together first 5 ingredients.
    Combine sour cream, sugars, milk and eggs in a bowl.
    Add coffee mixture and beat well. Gradually add dry ingredients and butter; mix until well blended. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
    Bake for 65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from center.
    Yields 1 loaf.
