Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
raisins
1 pt. sour cream
2 eggs

Preparation

In a bowl, mix sour cream and eggs.
Add dry ingredients.
Add raisins, about 1 cup.
Flour and grease pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
