Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. large mushrooms
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 to 1 c. onions, minced
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms and chop.
    Brown stems in butter with onions, garlic, parsley, salt and oregano.
    Stir in bread and cheese.
    Spoon into caps.
    Place stuffed side up.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
