Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini squash
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs
    until foamy, then add all other ingredients, mixing well.
    Split
    batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until done in center.
