Cauliflower-Ham Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. partially cooked cauliflower or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, thawed and well drained
    1 1/4 c. chopped, fully cooked small ham
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/4 c. milk
    2/3 c. biscuit baking mix
    2 Tbsp. firm margarine
    2 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Arrange cauliflower in an ungreased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with ham.
    Beat soup and milk with a hand beater until smooth.
    Pour over ham.
    Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over soup mixture.
    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
    Bake until topping is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
