Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    raisins (optional)
    2 c. flour (plain)
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together.
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar, vanilla and oil; beat until creamy.
    Stir in flour mixture, then zucchini, nuts and raisins.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Let cool before turning out of pans.
