Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cabbage, shredded
2 medium carrots, grated
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 stick margarine
1 c. herb stuffing mix
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Let cabbage stand in cold water for 10 minutes, then shake off water and place in shallow 4-quart casserole.
Sprinkle grated carrots over cabbage.
Pour milk over all, then sprinkle with salt.
