Bridget Flynn'S Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    16 oz. sour cream
    1/2 stick soft butter
    1/2 c. raisins (dark)
    1/2 c. raisins (golden)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Sift the flour.
    Add all the ingredients (will be dry; add a drop of milk if needed).
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Will make 2 loaves.
    Place the mixture in two loaf pans.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
