Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. ground cornmeal
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Stir cornmeal into water.
    Add butter and salt.
    Mix until smooth.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Stir in milk.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Pour into baking dish and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve hot with butter.
