Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. ground zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. oil
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, then add all others.
    (Can use raisins if you wish, 1 cup.)
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Freezes well.
