Hawaiian Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pineapple
5 medium sweet potatoes, pared and sliced
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
6 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
4 bacon strips
Preparation

Place pineapple in a large baking dish.
Place potato slices over the pineapple. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Season chops with salt and pepper and place on top of sweet potatoes. Arrange bacon strips over chops and cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until tender.
Increase heat to 450\u00b0.
Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until browned.
Serves 6 people.
