Onion Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (105~)
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. rosemary
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add butter, sugar and salt; let cool.
    Mix yeast and warm water.
    Add milk mixture.
    Add flour and herbs.
    Knead mixture.
    Let rise for approximately 1 hour.
    Punch, knead and let rise another 10 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
