Chuck Roast Cooked In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 4 1/2 lb.) boneless chuck
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Season roast with salt and pepper.
    Place on heavy-duty foil in baking pan.
    Sprinkle with dry soup mix and mushroom soup on top.
    Seal foil tightly and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
